The French start-up was acquired in early March 2022 by Dixa, a Danish company, to build the next generation of experience and data-driven conversational customer service, providing toolkits for brands to enable them to utilize data on a new scale for automation, measurement, and analytics. It will leverage Miuros’ customer service performance platform, powered by a new generation of AI-analytics, automation, and quality assurance solutions that turn data into actionable insights, creating added value for customer service teams. Id4 is excited to become a shareholder of Dixa, joining prestigious investors such as Notion Capital and General Atlantic. Having successfully closed a $105 million Series C in July 2021 and with the acquisition of Miuros, Dixa is well on its way to significantly scale their activity, paving the way to a promising future.
