Nory, the Dublin-based provider of software for restaurants to manage the full suite of their operations, raised a €1,6m pre-seed funding round. The round was led by Cavalry Ventures and Playfair Capital, with participation from Enterprise Ireland and other investors such as Id4 Ventures. The company intends to use the funds to expand adoption of its product to smaller chains as well as individual restaurants.

Founded by CEO Conor Sheridan in June 2020, Nory provides a platform that uses AI and automation to allow restaurants to manage their daily operations, from staffing and stock management to promotional campaigns.

With his team of 8 employees, the company already serves 25 customers.

We couldn’t be more excited to join Nory on their journey to transform the future of restaurants!
